Volunteer BBQ in May

Last Sunday we held a Volunteer BBQ Day at Jells Park to say a big THANK YOU to our volunteers for all the hard work they do for the organisation and for wildlife. We had Black Snake Productions come and do a wildlife show and had lots of fabulous prizes to give away, thanks to some amazing local businesses and sponsors.

As Warriors 4 Wildlife is a 100% Volunteer organisation; our management team, phone operators, rescuers and transporters are vital to keep the organisation running smoothly, ensuring wildlife that have been injured or orphaned are rescued. The vets and shelters we work with are also super important as they are the amazing people who work tirelessly to treat and care for them so they can be released back to the wild.

We also would like to thank the public for calling us when you find an animal in need. By working together we all can make a huge difference to not only the individual life of an animal but to continue to preserve our wonderful biodiversity of native Australian wildlife now and into the future. So Thank you!
