Boobook takes a break.

A Southern Boobook owl was found in a member of publics back yard, just sitting there in Laharum, she bundled it up and called us.

After a full assessment it is believed the Boobook may have had a knock to the head, such as flying into a window. It has been given time to rest, and is now showing no signs of injury or illness. The wonderful shelter who picked up the owl will take it back to the location it was found to be released tonight.
