This week we met with Cassandra Fernando MP

Federal member of Parliament for Holt, to receive a certificate for our volunteer grant application we have been awarded.

This grant will be used for our Rescue Volunteer Incentive Program providing much needed petrol vouchers to help cover the high costs of fuel when collecting and transporting injured or orphaned wildlife in need.

It was lovely to meet with Cassandra today, we particularly enjoyed hearing about her passion for birds and thank her for taking the time to hear about our organisation and the valuable work that we do.
